Bread Stuffing

Bread Stuffing
3 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup celery
1/4 cup butter
4 cups dry bread cubes (about 7 slices cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon grand sage
2 - 4 Tablespoons chicken broth 

Cook onion and celery in butter.
Combine with bread and seasonings.
Toss with enough liquid to moisten.
Makes about 3 cups or enough for a 4 - 5 pound bird.

Simple, easy and good.
