Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• small onion
• Taco Mix Packet
• 15 oz can tomato sauce
• 15 oz can corn, drained
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Brown beef and onion.
• Mix in taco mix, tomato sauce and corn. 
• Put in a 9 x 12 baking dish.
• Sprinkle cheese over it.
• Stir together Bisquick, milk and eggs and pour over mixture.
• Bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

 Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheddar cheese.

 Serves 8

Very tasty and easy to make.
