Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3 medium to large cucumbers thinly sliced
Cover and refrigerate at least 45 minutes to blend flavors
Makes about 12 servings and about 70 calories
It is very good and we eat it often.
