Brunch Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups croutons
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- dash pepper
- Place croutons and cheese in a greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
- Combine eggs, milk and spices and pour into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 4 chopped partly cooked bacon slices (I sprinkled with bacon bits)
- Baked at 325 degrees until set, 1 hour.
