Brunch Egg Casserole

Brunch Egg Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • dash pepper
Directions
  1. Place croutons and cheese in a greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
  2. Combine eggs, milk and spices and pour into baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with 4 chopped partly cooked bacon slices (I sprinkled with bacon bits)
  4. Baked at 325 degrees until set, 1 hour.
