Meat Loaf
In the slow cooker

Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cups bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cook on low for 5 - 6 hours.
Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meat and cook on high an additional 15 minutes.
Is great cold for sandwiches too.
I've made this for years and the note in my cookbook says, Very Good, even David likes it. 😊 He is our son and was a picky eater when he was a kid.
