Baked Spaghetti Pie

Baked Spaghetti Pie


Ingredients:
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
  1. Cook spaghetti - drain
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease 10" pie plate (I use Pampered chef) 
  3. In large bowl beat eggs.  Stir in ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan till blended.
  4. Add spaghetti to ricotta mixture.  Sprinkle mozzarella and rest of Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake 25 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes.

Quite Good
I add a little more spaghetti sauce because it looks a little dry.
Also add a bit more mozzarella cheese.
Instead of the ricotta cheese I like to put in sour cream for a nice creamy taste.

  1. This looks and sounds amazing! We have this version of baked spaghetti too but I've never tried it with those cheeses, I'll have to try this one out, thanks for sharing!
