Three Bean Salad
Ingredients:
- 14 oz can cut green beans
- 14 oz can cut waxed yellow beans
- 14 oz can kidney beans
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Mix first 4 ingredients, set aside.
- Whisk together the last four ingredients.
- Add to the beans and mix well
- Let flavors blend together in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
Great for making ahead even a day or so.
Stays good in refrigerator for 3 - 5 days.
We like to eat it with hamburgers, hot dogs, or grilled chicken.

My grandmother and great aunts always had this as a side for lunch. I love it!
