Shrimp Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- 1 lb cooked small shrimp
- 16 oz frozen peas
- 7 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 sm onion
- 1-3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup French dressing
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl, combine macaroni, shrimp, peas, celery and onion.
In another bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. (I added the dressing ingredients directly to the salad without mixing in in a separate bowl.)
Pour over salad and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for a least 8 hours before serving.
Yield: 16 servings
