Roasted Italian Sausage and Vegetables

One Pan Roasted Sausage and Vegetables


  • 1 Pound Italian sausage, cut in 1 inch slices
  • 2 Potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 3 Bell peppers, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix everything together and coat well
  3. Spray sheet pan with non stick spray and spread sausage and vegetables on pan
  4. Bake 40 minutes until potatoes are golden and sausage is cooked.
Any root vegetable works great.
I've made it with carrots, parsnips, turnips, and sweet potatoes
