Cole Slaw
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 4 Cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)
- In large bowl stir together first 4 ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well.
- Cover - chill at least 2 hours before serving.
You can also add some finely chopped apple too.
Looks really good!!! I have not seen a cole slaw recipe like this one.
