McDonalds Pancakes
Found the recipe on line and they taste really good.
Mix all ingredients together and cook on griddle.
I used a 1/4 cup measure but recipe says use 1/3 cup.
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 Tablespoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 Tablespoon sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 cups of milk
• 4 tablespoons oil
I cut the recipe in half.
We each ate two pancakes.
You can freeze leftovers.
I am making this, cannot wait! I always cut this size recipe in half.
